Welcome to Department of Analytical & Bioinorganic Chemistry

Our Research Projects
The "primitive life" in our planet earth came into the world out of the combination with inorganic compounds, organic compounds, sunlight, discharge, and energy such as radiation ray and natural fever. While the lives have moved in their evolutionary development, they have imported many elements. Based on these important factors for our life, our general research interest is to provide basic and medical new insights for developing new pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and metalloceuticals. The following investigations are in progress.
1. Development of Nutraceuticals and Metalloceuticals for Lifestyle-related Disease
Targets: Obesity, Diabetes, Hyperlipemia, Hypertension, and Immune-related Inflammation.
2. Relationship between the Aging and Oxidative Stress
Targets: Aging, Oxidative Stress, Skin Damage, Biomarkers
3. Protection and Prevention of Hepatic and Intestinal Damage
4. Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) Analysis of New Candidates
5. Developments of New Analytical Methods
6. Medical Pharmacy such as Clinical Chemistry and PK/PD Analysis
7. Cooperative Investigations
(i) Cancer: Tokyo Pharmaceutical University
(ii) Anticoagulants, Anti-thrombocyte: Waseda University
(iii) Lifestyle-related Disease: Riken, Seikei University, Osaka City University
(iv) Medical Pharmacy: Kobe Women's University, Sakai Municipal Hospital
